Admission
Thank you for your interest in considering DML Montessori School of Quezon City, Inc. We accept preschool children between 2 to 5.6 years old by the start of school year.
Enrollment Reservation (S.Y. 2025 to 2026)
Preschool enrollment reservation for S.Y. 2025 to 2026 is now open. For reservation, kindly submit the accomplished reservation form [download here] at the school or via email at [email protected]. A ₱500 (for new pupil) and ₱300 (for old pupil) reservation fee will be collected. The reservation fee shall be non-refundable, non-deductable and non-transferable. Deadline for confirmation of reservation is on March 2025.
Application Period (S.Y. 2025 to 2026)
Enrollment period for S.Y. 2025 to 2026 shall be from January to March 2025. For inquiries, you may send us a Facebook / Viber (+63 966 203 0840) message or call us at +632 8722 4979. We are open Monday – Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30PM).
Age Requirements
Pupils will be assigned to their respective class by age and depending on the assessment of the school.

Admission Procedure
- STEP 1 – Parents’ interview and child assessment.
- STEP 2 – Submit the required documents:
- Accomplished enrollment form [download here]
- Accomplished RFID application form [download here]
- Accomplished medical certificate (to be filled out by the child’s pediatrician) [download here]
- Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
- Photocopy of baptismal certificate
- Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of the child (in white background) with name written at the back
- Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of both parents (in white background) with name written at the back
- [Optional] Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of the fetchers (in white background) with name written at the back
- STEP 3 – Pay the admission fee.
- STEP 4 – Purchase the required school uniforms and apron.
- STEP 5 – Attend parents and child orientation.
