Thank you for your interest in considering DML Montessori School of Quezon City, Inc. We accept preschool children between 2 to 5.6 years old by the start of school year.

Application Period

Enrollment for S.Y. 2024-2025 is ongoing. We are open Monday – Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30PM).

Age Requirements

Students will be assigned to their respective class by age and depending on the assessment of the school.

Admission Procedure

• STEP 1 – Parents’ interview and child assessment.
• STEP 2 – Submit the required documents:
  • Accomplished enrollment form [download here]
  • Accomplished RFID application form [download here]
  • Accomplished medical certificate (to be filled out by the child’s pediatrician) [download here]
  • Photocopy of PSA birth certificate
  • Photocopy of baptismal certificate
  • Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of the child (in white background) with name written at the back
  • Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of both parents (in white background) with name written at the back
  • [Optional] Two (2) 1×1 inch ID pictures of the fetchers (in white background) with name written at the back
• STEP 3 – Pay the admission fee.
• STEP 4 – Purchase the required school uniforms and apron.
• STEP 5 – Attend parents and child orientation.
